These terms apply to SoundShelf, published by Simplebitz. By using the app, you agree to them.
What SoundShelf does
SoundShelf is software for playing audio files that you own or otherwise have the right to use. It does not provide, sell, or distribute music. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of audio files respects applicable rights.
Your license to use the app
Simplebitz gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use SoundShelf on compatible Android devices, subject to these terms and Google Play rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where applicable law allows it.
Trial and Lifetime purchase
SoundShelf includes a full 7-day trial. After the trial, you may choose to make a one-time Lifetime purchase through Google Play. There is no subscription.
Prices, taxes, refunds, and payment processing are also subject to Google Play’s terms and policies. A Lifetime purchase gives access to the product features offered by a compatible version of SoundShelf.
Compatibility and availability
SoundShelf may not support every audio format, device, manufacturer customization, DAC, Bluetooth device, or Hi-Res capability. Playback and features can depend on your device, Android version, hardware, and the audio file format.
The app is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or absolute availability. We may update, change, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Simplebitz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of SoundShelf. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
